Does the food arrive warm or cold?
All orders are delivered straight from the restaurant ASAP to ensure quality and
freshness. If you’re dissatisfied with your order or experience, don’t hesitate to reach
out to customer support.
When will the order cutoff be every day?
Based on your address, we offer the following order cutoff times:
Bay Area: 10:00 PM
Los Angeles: 8:00 PM
Seattle: 8:00 PM
New York: 8:00 PM
Boston: 9:00 PM
Why is it necessary to cut off orders in advance?
Due to the high volume of plan ahead orders, restaurants need to reserve time for food
preparation. Therefore, we will close orders for the next day at a fixed time every
night. You can arrange your orders in advance according to the order cutoff time we
provide.
When will the food be delivered?
Based on your address, we offer different delivery windows
Bay Area: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
LA: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Seattle: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
New York: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Boston: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Why is the delivery window so long? Can I change it?
Delivery windows vary based on the volume of orders being placed at a time. For this
reason, delivery windows can’t be changed at this time.
